By enrolling in our Quran courses (Qaida, Tajweed, Hifz, Translation, Tafseer, Fiqh, etc.), you accept these terms in full.

• Parent/guardian approval is required for minors.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled classes on time

5. Account Setup & Access

• You must provide valid contact details for registration.

6. Payment Terms

• All course fees are published clearly on our website.

• Fees must be paid before the start of classes.

• Class access begins only after payment confirmation.

• All payments are final unless covered under our refund terms.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Full Refund Before Classes Begin

If a student cancels before the classes start, we offer a 100% full refund of the amount paid.

7.2 No Refund After Attending First Class

Once classes are confirmed and you have attended even one class,
refunds will not be provided for any reason, including:

• Schedule changes

• Loss of interest

• Personal or technical issues

• Change of tutor preference

This policy ensures fairness for both students and teachers.

7.3 Refund If We Cannot Provide Classes

If, for any reason on our side, we fail to provide the scheduled classes and you have already paid:

• A refund will be issued

• After deducting the refund processing fee (bank transfer/transaction costs)

If the refund fee is higher than the amount paid, no refund will be issued.

7.4 Holding Classes & Balance Transfer

If a student needs to pause, delay, or hold classes, the remaining balance:

• Can be transferred to the next month only

• Cannot be refunded in cash

• Must be used within the allowed transfer period

7.5 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not applicable if:

• You attended one or more classes

• You missed classes due to personal issues

• Internet, device, or electricity problems occurred on your side

• You stopped communication without notice

• Refund cost exceeds the fee paid

8. Teacher & Student Conduct

Teacher Standards

All teachers must follow professional guidelines, maintain respect, and provide high-quality instruction.

Student Conduct

Students must behave respectfully, avoid abusive behavior, and maintain a proper learning environment.

We reserve the right to remove users who fail to comply with conduct policies.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, graphics, PDFs, videos, teaching materials, and branding on ShiaQuranTutors.com:

• Is protected by copyright

• Cannot be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission

Violations may result in account termination or legal action.

13. Account Termination
